Spartan Meal Preps Coupon Codes & Discounts

Spartan Meal Preps is a New Jersey meal prep company, founded in March 2017, that cooks fresh, chef-prepared meals in its own commercial kitchen in Lodi, NJ. What began as a local service for New Jersey and New York now ships nationwide, bringing high-protein, portion-controlled meals to people who want to eat well without cooking every day. A Spartan Meal Preps coupon or Spartan Meal Preps discount is the easiest way to try it for less.

What does Spartan Meal Preps sell?
The menu has more than 100 items across breakfast, lunch and dinner, from protein pancakes with yogurt parfaits to high-protein entrees. You can order individual meals from the Full Menu, build your own meal kit, or choose a Coach Curated Meal Plan: Weight Loss, Gain Mass, Maintenance or Pescatarian. Meal plans come with a month of workouts, an eating schedule, a weigh-in sheet and water infusion recipes sent by email. New York and New Jersey orders are delivered on weekends by the company's own drivers, Philadelphia and Connecticut on Sunday, and other states by UPS on Tuesday, with Saturday pickup available locally.

Why shop with Spartan Meal Preps promo codes?
Spartan Meal Preps makes healthy eating convenient, and TheVitaSpark shoppers can save with an exclusive code for 10% off their entire order. To get the most from this Spartan Meal Preps promo, order a full week of meals or a complete meal plan in one go rather than several small orders.

How do I get the most from my meals?
Because the meals are fresh rather than frozen, have someone available to receive the delivery and refrigerate the meals as soon as possible. Add your email at checkout so you receive your eating guides, and organize containers by day so you can grab the right meal each morning. If you have a clear goal such as fat loss or muscle gain, a coach curated plan is usually the simplest choice, while a custom kit lets you explore the menu first.
