TempPro Review: Save Up to 53% on Thermometers
Cooking meat to the right internal temperature can be difficult when relying on colour, texture or cooking time alone. TempPro offers wireless and instant-read thermometers designed to make temperature monitoring more convenient, whether you are cooking in the kitchen, using an oven or preparing food on an outdoor grill.
Formerly known as ThermoPro, TempPro carries smart meat thermometers, wireless probes, instant-read models, kitchen timers, hygrometers and weather-monitoring products. Its wireless TempSpike collection allows users to monitor cooking progress remotely instead of repeatedly opening the oven or grill.
Current TempPro promotions include savings of up to 53% on selected thermometers and value bundles. Customers can also buy one Twin TempSpike Plus TP972 and receive another one free, while fast and free shipping is available on all orders.

Best TempPro Products and Bundles
Twin TempSpike Plus TP972
The Twin TempSpike Plus TP972 is designed for cooks who want to monitor two foods or separate areas of a larger cut simultaneously. It includes dual wireless probes and offers a Bluetooth range of up to approximately 600 feet under suitable conditions.
Using two probes can be helpful when cooking:
- Two steaks to different temperatures
- Meat and poultry at the same time
- Two sections of a large roast
- Separate items in a smoker
- Different dishes during a family gathering
TempPro currently offers a buy-one-get-one-free promotion on the Twin TempSpike Plus TP972. The package is listed at approximately $169.99 compared with a combined reference value of $339.98.
This promotion may suit shoppers who want one thermometer for themselves and another as a gift. It could also benefit households that regularly cook several dishes at once.
Wireless range can be affected by walls, appliances and other obstacles. Test the connection before relying on it at the maximum advertised distance.
TempSpike Pro TP980
The TempSpike Pro TP980 is a more advanced smart thermometer for people who want to monitor multiple dishes. It supports up to four probes and combines Wi-Fi with Bluetooth connectivity.
Wi-Fi access can provide greater monitoring flexibility than Bluetooth alone when the thermometer and app remain connected to a suitable network. This may be useful during longer cooking sessions, such as smoking or slow roasting.
The TempSpike Pro is currently listed from approximately $124.99, reduced from $249.99. Available packages may include different probe quantities, so confirm exactly what is included before ordering.
This model may be best for serious home cooks, barbecue enthusiasts and people who frequently prepare several cuts at once. Someone who normally cooks one item may find a single-probe model more economical.
TempSpike Plus TP970 and TP620 Bundle
The TempSpike Plus TP970 and TP620 bundle combines two different temperature-monitoring tools.
The TP970 is a truly wireless Bluetooth thermometer with a range of up to approximately 600 feet. It can remain in the food while it cooks, allowing users to monitor progress remotely through a compatible device.
The TP620 is an instant-read thermometer designed for quick temperature checks. An instant-read model is useful when checking thinner foods, confirming temperatures in several locations or measuring items that do not need a leave-in probe.
The bundle is currently listed at approximately $69.99 instead of $129.99, offering a saving of about 46%. It may provide better versatility than purchasing only one thermometer type.
For another option, selected TempSpike Plus TP970 bundles include three free gifts and are listed at approximately $89.99, reduced from $179.99.
TP920, TP620 and TP358 Bundle
This three-product bundle combines cooking and indoor-environment monitoring in one package:
- TP920 Bluetooth meat thermometer
- TP620 instant-read thermometer
- TP358 hygrometer
The TP920 provides remote cooking-temperature monitoring, while the TP620 can quickly check food before serving. The TP358 measures indoor temperature and humidity, which may be useful in bedrooms, offices, greenhouses or storage areas.
The bundle is advertised at approximately $69.99, representing a discount of around 53% from a reference price of $149.99.
This set may suit a new homeowner or someone who wants several practical monitoring devices without buying each product separately.
Value Bundles From $59.99
TempPro’s value-bundle collection offers combinations of wireless and instant-read thermometers, sometimes with additional gifts. Selected packages start from approximately $59.99 and may be discounted by up to 52% or more.
Bundles can provide good value if you will use every included product. However, a lower package price is not a reason to purchase equipment that does not match your cooking habits.
Before ordering, compare:
- Number of probes
- Wireless connection type
- Advertised range
- App requirements
- Temperature range
- Waterproof rating
- Included accessories
- Warranty coverage
A simple instant-read thermometer may be enough for occasional cooking. A multi-probe Wi-Fi system is more appropriate for frequent grilling, smoking or preparing several foods simultaneously.
Why Use a Meat Thermometer?
Food appearance is not always a reliable indication of internal temperature. A thermometer provides an objective reading and can help cooks avoid serving food before it has reached an appropriate temperature.
It can also help prevent overcooking. Instead of leaving food in the oven for an unnecessarily long period, users can monitor its internal temperature and remove it at the desired point.
Always place the probe in the thickest part of the food and avoid touching bones, cookware or large pockets of fat. Check reliable food-safety guidance for the appropriate temperature for each type of food.
Clean the probe according to the manufacturer’s instructions before and after use. Never submerge parts that are not rated as waterproof.
The TempPro App
Compatible TempPro smart thermometers work with the brand’s mobile app. Available functions may include:
- Target-temperature settings
- Cooking alerts
- Time estimates
- Progress graphs
- Cook notes
- Meat and cut selection
- Monitoring several dishes
App compatibility can vary by thermometer model and smartphone operating system. Check the product page and app requirements before purchasing.
People who prefer not to use a mobile phone while cooking can choose an app-free wireless thermometer or a traditional instant-read model.
Fast and Free Shipping
TempPro offers fast and free shipping on all orders through its official store. This gives customers the flexibility to purchase a single thermometer without needing to meet a minimum-spend threshold.
Delivery times may vary according to product availability and destination. Confirm the estimated delivery date at checkout, particularly if the thermometer is intended as a gift.
Inspect the package after arrival and make sure all probes, cables and accessories listed in the product description are included.
Who Should Shop at TempPro?
TempPro may be a suitable choice for:
- Home cooks who want more consistent results
- Barbecue and grilling enthusiasts
- People who use smokers or slow-cooking methods
- Gift buyers shopping for someone who enjoys cooking
- Families preparing several foods simultaneously
- Customers who need indoor temperature and humidity monitors
The range covers both affordable basic devices and advanced Wi-Fi systems, allowing shoppers to select features that match their needs and budget.
Is TempPro Worth It?
TempPro offers a comprehensive thermometer range for home cooks, grillers and people interested in indoor climate monitoring. Its strongest value comes from the discounted bundles, which combine multiple thermometer types at a lower total price.
The Twin TempSpike Plus TP972 buy-one-get-one-free deal is especially attractive for gift buyers or households needing two dual-probe systems. Meanwhile, bundles discounted by up to 53% provide a more affordable way to obtain wireless, instant-read and hygrometer products together.
